I have almost finished a work titled, THEY ALSO SERVED: Australia’s Forgotten Warships, 1939–1945. This comprises individual biographies of twenty of the RAN’s lesser-known commissioned ships varying from an obsolete Australian-built cruiser, a Chinese river ferry, a Sydney Harbour car ferry through to Australian-built Chinese junk lookalikes for use behind Japanese lines. This work will be available as a PDF.

I am currently researching material for:

Neptunes Mulberries
NEPTUNES MULBERRIES: Normandy’s Harbours, June–November 1944

This work will feature many technical drawings never seen before plus every one of the blockships (code name Corncobs) that helped make up the Mulberries (breakwaters).

Running with the Foxes
RUNNING WITH THE FOXES AND HUNTING WITH THE HOUNDS: Vichy France, 1940–1942

Unlikely to make any French friends, this work is well advanced and will be my first without any drawings.
